The CECC is a project funded by the New York State Office of Mental Health (NYS OMH) to conduct research in support of its Bureau of Cultural Competence (LINK) of a state with no disparities in mental health. Nevertheless, CECC reports and editorials do not necessarily reflect the views or policies of the State of New York or any other government entity.
